We are a newly organized blank check company as a Cayman Islands exempted company for effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar combination with one or more businesses. To date, we have not selected any potential business combination target.
While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business, industry or geographical location, we intend to focus our search for a target in Latin America, and more specifically in Brazil, and in sectors with technology-enabled transformations and strong growth potential in the region, including, but not limited to technology, healthcare, education, services, consumer and retail (the “Target Sectors”).
